Who is Kwesi Arthur?
Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur, professionally known as Kwesi Arthur, is a Ghanaian rapper, singer, and songwriter hailing from Tema, born on December 18, 1998. He gained prominence in 2017 with the breakout single “Grind Day,” earning widespread acclaim and endorsements from rap heavyweights Sarkodie and Medikal.
In 2019, Kwesi Arthur’s second EP, “Live from Nkrumah Krom Vol II,” achieved remarkable success, amassing over 2 million streams within its first week of release.
