Who is Libianca?

Libianca, full name,  Libianca Kenzonkinboum Fonji American-Cameroonian Singer, Songwriter, and Performer. She was born in the United States of America to Cameroonian parents. Libianca moved to her home country for a short stay and later moved back to Minneapolis, Minnesota to live with her father.

She grew up in a musical environment and started music and songwriting at an early age and in 2019, she participated in NBC’s singing show The Voice 21.

The 22 year old gained popularity most notably for her breakthrough song “People” (2022), which was motivated by her cyclothymia.

The song peaked at No. 2 on the UK Official chart, debuted at No. 1 on the UK Afrobeats chart, and debuted at No. 2 on the US Billboard Afrobeats chart. It also attracted a lot of attention on social media, especially on Tiktok.

Libianca is signed onto  5K Records and Sony.

She was awarded Viewers Choice: Best International Act on June 25, beating the likes of other music heavyweights.

She recently released a new single titled Jah.
